Just noticed this, please help!

Hello everyone!
I just noticed that my Midas Blenny has got something going on, on it's side, fin and head.
I've had him for 2 weeks.
None of this was visible yesterday.
Everything seems normal. Appetite is fine... So far.

This could be coral burns or bite marks. But Uronema is also a possibility (even as a result of coral burns or bites . Bacterial infections are also always an option.

When and how did this develop? Is it expanding, shrinking or not changing?
As long as the fish acts normal and the patches are not spreading I would leave the fish alone for now and see how it develops.
