Wow very nice. I love the monti's. It looks like you have a lot of money sunk into that tank. If you dont mind how much did you spend on those clowns and that gem tang?

Thanks AquaReeferMan. Yeah, my tank is quite an investment. I like collecting the harder to get animals. I got the Gem Tang last year before the crazy rise in price. I paid about a third less last year retail than they are charging this year retail.

I paid wholesale for the snowflake clowns when I bought a bunch of equipment for my system.

Nice. I am hoping that by the time I buy a house and set-up my Large system the price of the clowns and the montis go down. Did you get the montis as frags? By the look of them they are grown over the frag plug. Also is that the blue and pink birdsnest?

Yes, I grew those monti's from frags. They encrusted over the rocks I monted the frags on. They are the Rainbow, Sunset, and Superman montis.

That birdsnest is Tub's birdsnest. The polyps are bluish purple and the base has tints of green and pink

killer! Is that a lineatus?

Yes it is.

Looking very nice...could you tell me what kind of Sps that is above the snowflake clowns in the first photo?

It's Fragfarmer's 20000 League Lokani

I really like the clowns! Are those the same ones in the divers den on liveaquaria that are going for 500 a fish?

They are the same fish, but I did not nearly spend as much for them. Much less than half.

this guys go to much money

Not really. Just misguided priorities.

Thanks everyone for the compliments. More pictures to come...

I saw 2 pair of those clowns at House of fins in Greenwich Conn. on Monday. They wanted $500 for a pair.Beautiful fish, they called them Pecaso perculas.
