Just sharing some pictures...

Hi again,

Well, I got a new camera so time for some pictures! The camera and lens used was the Canon 30D with the Canon 100mm macro lens. I just broke it out of the box so I've got a lot of learning to do. Here are some of my first shots...

I can say that I have ONE thing in common with this amazing tank....a SCRIBBLED RABBIT! Yes, I knew I had good taste!

Amazing tank. How about a FTS?

Awesome pics! Love the pink polyp green cap. Nice zebrasoma tang, even though it seems to have ich :D J/K

The green birdnest is also way cool. Nice job!

tank looks great! the rhomboids are very nice. i have a 4" male and a 3" female. the male colored up a ton after i put him in with a bunch of other fairies.

any fighting between the lineatus and rhomboid?
and is that a fuzzy pic of an interuptus angel? If so , any picking at corlas or anything?

How do your lineatus and mystery wrasse get along? I already have a mystery and would love to have a lineatus. Do you think they would get along in my 110?

what iis the name of that blue fish with the orange spots all over. I have never seen one of those before.

Like SDguy said, I think it is a Siganus guttatus. There are a couple of them that look very similar.

My Rhomboid pair, Mystery Wrasse and Lineatus don't fight, but I had condition all three types of wrasses to get used to each other. Every time I introduced a new wrasse, I basically had to catch the ones already established in my tank and segregate them by putting them in their own container. Then introduced the new wrasse and let him establish itself in my system. In about 10 days, I would let the other wrasses out and pray they wouldn't fight. At first, they would flair their colors and chase each other, but after a few days, they just ignored each other.

That fuzzy pic is an Interruptus angel. I have a bonded pair. They are captive bred from RCT so they do not pick at any of my corals.

They may be ok together. It depends how aggressive your Mystery wrasse is. If it is aggressive, just catch it and put it in a clear container with holes in it. Then the mystery wrasse will get used to seeing the Lineatus in the tank and the Lineatus will have time to establish its territory. Then when you let the Mystery wrasse go, the Lineatus won't let the Mystery wrasse push it around too much.

Thanks everyone for the compliments. Hopefully I'll be able to post more pictures this weekend.

I posted these in the photography forum too, but thought I'd share them here. Testing out a new macro lens. Enjoy!
