Hello everyone out there!! I wanted to introduce myself and my husband. Our names are Steve and Krista Bandy. Some of you may remember us. We were MARS members from 2001-2003, back when the club was meeting at Carrows and it was a lot smaller club. We used to have a 55 reef, but husband got laid off from Intel(rehired a year later), and the tank crashed. I was so devastated, I gave everything away!! (Doh, wish I hadn't done that!!) But now we are starting out small with a 20 long, simple nano setup. I hope to get a 55-75 sps up and running someday. I'm keeping my eyes open for peices and parts to accumulate since we have 7 kids and money is always tight!!
We attended our first meeting(in 2 years) last Friday and we really enjoyed it. It was nice to see a few of the members that we knew back in the day! Let's see...Brian Prestwood, Forest, and Karen, to be specific. We are looking forward to making some new friends in the club.
