I just picked this up at my LFS, they were having a great sale and I couldn't resist!
It's a Pacific LTA, the pet store had it labeled as a "Zebra" long tentacle anemone, because its oral disc and tentacles have white stripes on them. It looks very healthy and has no cuts or holes on the foot or column, and looks like its already pretty well inflated. I also picked up a pair of cocoa ocellaris clowns that were already hosting in this anemone at the store. I tried to bury the base of the anemone there but it's already on the move as can be seen in the pic. So I will post update pics once it gets settled in.
