Just wanted to say thanks for the service in regard to my last order. Long story short was that for the first time in the many years (and I think over 100 fish ordered from you guys) one fish came in showing signs of illness and died two days later.

The initial emails looked as though I was going to have to spend more money and order more fish to receive the credit from the $19 fish. I was pleasantly surprised to see an email this morning from LA informing me that they would ship the fish at no cost. Thank you!

Ultimately I believe I have been a customer of liveaquaria since 2002 or 2003. During that time I've ordered over 100 fish and numerous inverts, corals and plants. Some of the fish, although freshwater) are still thriving today after over 6 years. And as I mentioned out of all these fish I can only recall one death during shipping that was the shippers fault and this unhealthy fish that arrived the other day.

Thanks for keeping my faith in large suppliers!
 
Oh and Kris or Chris that I spoke to on the phone this morning during the order was very helpful and friendly!
