I am thorougly impressed at the speed and quality of Roger's response. I have been watching the Tunze thread for quite some time while trying to make up my mind about getting into a Tunze setup.

I have to say that the quality of this fantastic product along with the great quick support that Roger provides has swayed my decision to purchase the setup.

We are so lucky to have such a great product available and a person like Roger to assist.

Can't wait to get my setup!

I second that! I placed an order last week for some spare parts for my Osmolator and timing was critical. I got my order today and I placed my order last Thursday. He was able to make my order happen from Germany while instructing the person helping him out here in the states. Made me a life long customer who will always be willing to pay the extra for quality and exceptional service.

Great job as always Roger and I have my Osmolator up and running. It works flawlessly even though I bought it used and it has been in operation for two years. I am eagerly awaiting the new 6055, it fits my needs perfectly to add additional flow to augment my 6000. Just need to get that multicontroller first..... Thanks again for the help!
