I was really surprised when I noticed the open-top, just did not want to say anything as, unfortunately, the owner probably does not know we are even talking about his tank...
perhaps personatus owners never think in our ways...i have seen in video a personatus pair owner jumping towards the aquarium to scare his fish maximum possible way...:smokin:
I'd jump if I had spawning personatus too. Probably the second spawning ever in the world of one of the most expensive/rare/sought after and the eggs are tiny so yeah he wanted a closer look!
I really like the fish, I like the coral, heck its a nice tank. However after watching the 3rd video am I the only one that thinks its overstocked and too small for some of those angels?
The tank belongs to one of koji wada's (of Blue Harbor) customers in japan.
They have a pretty good idea of how to keep fish alive so I'm sure that they have taken into account the lack of a lid. I'm glad to see that the little genicanthus is doing well. She seems to have grown at least two inches since I caught her three or four months ago. At that time, she was the size of a dime.
