Juvenile Emperor Angle--Gill Fin disappearing

My new three inch Juvenile Emperor Angle appears to be missing part of his right gill fin.

What would cause this and how can I get him better. He is eating and seems to be swiming fine. I feed him frozen cube angle food along with mysis shimp all soaked in vitamins.

He was in a QT for three weeks and all seem OK. I just moved him to the display tank three days ago and noticed his right gill fin looks strange. All other fins look fine.

Tank mates Long nose hawk, clown fish, Hippo Tang.

Any suggestions

Any cloudiness? in the fins or eyes?

Try also some frozen sponge cubes. Sponge is their main diet out in the wild.
