K9,

I'm curious do what do you supplement with?
Do you just do water changes only? Also how is that Coralife 10K working for you. I've heard that they tend to shift quickly to the red spectrum of light and cause algae blooms. Has this happen to you?

The only thing I dose is Kalkwasser in my top-off water and Kent Marine pH buffer. The Coralife bulb is working well for me. I like it alot. Thanks for asking.

page 6 Ted...your slackin.

anything new with the tank?
Well, I was tinkering with the rockwork today and apparently crushed my Lawnmower Blenny. I didn't notice any major damage to him, but found the little guy under a rock with a hermit munching on his corpse. RIP, little blenny.

Anyways, I now have another open spot in my fish line-up, so I'll think of what to get next. I'll shoot some pictures in the next day or so and you all can see the new aquascaping. Till then, take care!

Poor guy! I lost my first clown last week due to my crabs thinking he was a mid-night snack.

Are those lights still working out good for you?

Hey K9

your tank really rocks. I am in the process of starting up a 20L just like yours. I must say your tank has been an inspiration to my project.

Right now I got the 20G display plumbed to a 25G sump and a 10G fuge. I got a Mag5 for a return and 2 MJ's 600 for water movement. I'll be DIY'ing a wavemaker probably this week-end. I already got about 20~25 lbs of LR total in the display and the fuge.

When I started this thing my goal was to have a Mandarin fish. I still don't have any fish tho, and I am still reading about it and the pods thing they need. Maybe I could have a small clown also, I think your Maroon is outstanding.

I hope the lights I chose will be enough and make the colors stand-out great. I got an Orbit 130w PC Strip with 1 Actinic and 1 Daylight bulb.

I love the corals you have, I was looking into soft/inverts for my setup also. I am still reading about them right now, so still nothing decided.

I'll post pics of my tank and filtration setup as soon as I get my hands on a camera.
