Kalk dispenser help

I have a Kalk dispenser connected to my Osmolator that seems to back feed into my RO reservoir. I have replaced the check valve, I made sure that the cap is tight, and I have even filled with water and let it sit out for a few days to check for leaks, I can't seem to figure out where it's coming from. Anyone have this problem before, any ideas?

Is the inlet hose zip tied to the top? Any cracks around the nipples where the hoses attach?

No, the hose isn't zip tied, could it be leaking around the hose? I don't see any cracks, that was one of the first things I looked for.
Funny thing is, it doesn't seem to leak all the time. I can only tell by the amount of Kalk that settles in the reservoir that gets stirred up when I pour in more RO water.

You zip tie the input hose to the output hose. Otherwise kalk will get back in the valve and prevent it from fully seating. The check valve should be above the dispenser, the manual photos show this.

Thanks Roger, I got it used and didn't read the online manual. Of to get it now, but I bet that's the problem.

Well, so far so good. The check valve is now higher than the Kalk dispenser.
