Kalk reactor help

I purchased a Geo reactor with a SpectraPure Litermeter dosing pump. I also have a Calcium reactor running 24/7 and want to raise/maintaine higher ph.
Interested to know how others have theirs set up when running with a calcium reactor. Do you have the Kalk reactor make up water all day long and continue running the CR along with it or do you turn off the CR at night?
Thanks

Me too. I set the Kalk to stir twice each day for one minute. I have heard of others that stir alot.

I think it all depends on your calcium demands. I run my carx only when my lights are on. Then my LM3 comes on pumping my RO water through my kalk rx during the night. Also my kalk rx is set to come on and stir every 4 hours.

How do you control you evening dosing I purchased a Litermeter III but that is not designed to come on and off but run/meter 24/7
Thanks

you can control using household timer, set it "on" only at night.

or you can use Fuse Timer like mine below :

i like to suggest a pH controller to folks with k-reactors as well as c-reactors

the pinpoint controller can be set to control at high or low readings... the milwaukee is for low shutoff only unless you get the "reversed sm122" model.... customaquatic.com has them. I use both on seperate tanks (didnt know about the reversed milwuakee at first)

basically... when pH reaches a set point like 8.4... it will shut off my floatswitch that controls the dosing pump that runs the topoff thru the k-reactor.
