That requires experimentation to determine. Every tank is different. I'd start with perhaps 1 tsp per gallon, and watch the first drip very closely, and probably would run it during the day for that reason. Limewater can spike pH pretty badly.
Most people combine limewater with evaporation replacement, and replace most or all evaporated water that way. if you want to tinker with the dose, adjust the amount of lime in the limewater from 0 to 2 teaspoons per gallon of limewater.
