Are these worth the buy ? also what are other ways to mix kalk?

I'd do a search...Steve (GTrestoration) has a very good and very inexpensive way of doing it..

If your not running a Ca reactor then I'd go that route first...you'll be sorry if you don't.

i've talk to some of the other reefers on socalireef's chat box and it sounds so complicated. I want better water quality for my tank to promote growth but im afraid something might go wrong and my tank crash.

sorry for the hi-jack, what do you use to mix salt water? Can i use a kalk stirrer or is there a better and cheaper method? Let me know

mixing salt water for water change purpose? if that is what you mean then any big pump will do. I use a cheap old Rio to mix the water.
