I wont to know what is the different between Kalkwasser stirrer

and putting kalk to the top off water ?

Thats just a fancy glorified drip tool.I wouldnt add to top off water. I would only add with new well mixed batch or in a drip or with a safe additive and then through the sump or fuge.
You decide the amount from the current reading and the amount it drops and the amount it rises.
Do you test for calcium?

A stirrer or reactor is tied into a top off reservoir to keep top off water saturated with kalk. There is always a risk of a kalk OD with a reactor set up and precautions must be made to avoid it. But when you start dealing with a large quantity of top off, the reactor makes sense.
