Well.. we're moving - so the house and TANK are up for sale together

I'll start a new one in the new house, but this one might be going down... it was starting to sell frags so well too.

You might be better off removing that tank, fixing the wall, and then selling. It'll be hard to find someone that wants the tank. More times that not, it's a liability for the sale, rather than a feature. Plus, you could sell the tank and get a few more bucks for the new system.
