Small anemones would be Aiptasia(Glass Anemone), Anemonia Majano(Majano), S. tapetum(Mini Carpet), "Tulip"(Not sure of species), or possibly Bartholomea(Curly Cue Anemone) would all be candidates for a small, stable, and dedicated environment.
Buying a small specimen of a species growing large has typically been proven risky. Available small specimens of the larger species have been in long term decline and stress, putting them close to death. IMHO: add such a specimen to a small inherently unstable environment would be a bad idea.
