Kenya/pineapple tree slumping

I got a nice pineapple tree that has great color.. it has been in my tank for about 2 weeks.. it will not stand up straight...

The color looks good, it's open and extended... just laying to the side instead of standing up..

It was standing in the store, but they had no flow or light... it's not in a high flow or light area... any ideas?

Tank for reference it's in the lower left hand corner...

Get rid of it. it will start breaking off branches and before you know it,it will be taking over your tank.

Maybe it's trying to get away from that Blastomussa around the base?

On a side note; these things are actually very easy to manage just as long as you pay attention to them. A tank infested with these things didn't happen overnight. ;)

My tank has been taken over by a Kenya frag I got a long time ago. I wish I would've never got it. I'm having a hard time placing coral frags anywhere because they just tower over the frag and block all the light =(

It can be hard to catch all the branches that break off and go floating around to attach somewhere else.

Chemical warfare between species? Make sure you are using fresh carbon, and give it time - some of the "tree" corals can look fantastic when matured, and not all drop branches readily.
