Kenya Tree dying need help

My large colony of Kenya Tree got stung (I think) by a finger coral I think it is Cladiella. I have seperated them and over the last few days the Kenya tree is getting worst starting from the site of the sting and radaiting outward. All other Kenya trees in the tank (frags) are fine. What should I do? I know there is still hope for it.

I'd isolate it for a day giving it a 10 min. iodine dip and some melafix in another tank if you can.
