Kenya doesn't use cyanide to catch fish.
But I have no idea how good the Moorish idols are from there.
In Germany fish from Kenya are quite common and usually of good quality. Here in the US they are less common due to the long distance they have to travel.
I think with them it is like with regal angels - the sooner you get them and the less hardship they had during capture and transport the more likely they will do good and eat.
Taking note that since fish these days come in with more disease,
ThRoewer I have a question for you.
Have you ever treated Moorish idols or tangs with chloroquine? It seems like they both have more sensitive skin.
How did they react?
I'm thinking about treating them in the quarantine after a formalin dip as prevention.
As a side note, I wonder if the Arabian butterflies are eating. I won't be getting those though.
OK Thanks. Do you ever treat your regals with chloroquine?
somebody has vertical video syndrome :headwally:
I decided not to go and get stuck in traffic on a Friday night. Will try going next week.
Its seems like all the Arabian butterflies are gone. It also seems like they have 3 Moorish idols and they don't seem quite right? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uTQ5J0On9Vo&feature=youtu.be&a
The Semilavartus and Chrysurus looked good. Unfortunately the hippo tang was displaying signs of disease, therefore all in the system have it
