I would like to know how much intensity and whites are you setting your Kessil 360 wides. I have a Red Sea reefer 350 and gyre 130 with 2 Kessil w
I have 1 torch 1 hammer and 3 frogspawns. After talking to a few people I've started realizing that I may have been keepin my intensity too low in fear of killing m corals with too much light. The highest intensity I've had them on is 25%. Whites at 30% for about 3-4 then ramping lights back down. I've been running them for about 8 hours daily. I've had my tank running approx 6 months now.

If anyone has a gyre and similar set up I'd like to know about your flow setting as well. I love tried different types of flow at low settings and I'm not constant on pulsing mode and the dial set to 5 dots. Corals seem happy at that gentle back and forth flow.

Thanks everyone.

I have White at Zero.

Acans are Notorious for Loosing Color Under White Light, Especially Rainbow Acans.

When you Spend a Ton on Rainbow Acans you don't want to turn your $100 to $200 Acan Frag into a $20 Frag because it Changed Colors.

Yup
I have 2 acan frags left. I lost 1 red one already. So safe to say
Whites are not important??

I run a mixed reef with Acropora to mushrooms. My sweet spot with my 360we's currently is 35% color and 55% intensity. Anything whiter and my corals get unhappy.

what size tank? I have 1 Kessil 360we per 24"x24"x24" and ramp up 3 hours to 60% intensity/80% color for 4 hours and then 3 hour ramp down for a 12 hour photo period. I have mostly LPS and I keep the Acan on the bottom 1/3 to keep color nice. Middle of my tank is dominated with Frogspawn and Hammer which love the light. The only thing Ive had to move down is my Duncan to the sand bed so it would really open up. I started at only 30% like you and slowly bumped it up to 60% over the course of 2 months, anything above 65% and my frogspawn/hammers wouldn't fully open but those are only about 8" below the surface, I have the lights about 8" above the water.

I've got one 360 on a 2x2x2 cube. I've had luck with mine on 30 whites, and 30 intensity. Ramps on and off and peaks for 5 hours. My candy canes, acans, Duncan, and euphyllia seem very happy on sand bed so far. Going to slowly ramp intensity soon over a few months

I have a similar dimensions (27" x 21" x 19") and also spent what felt like an entirety ramping up my Kessil 360 by about 5% a week at its highest peak. I'm still adjusting here and there to keep everyone happy.
