kessil intensity settings at?

i'm sure there's many threads about this but for some reason my search function on this website doesn't work. i was wondering what are your settings? thanks

Ya I'm new here but the search bar doesn't function. I have the same question as a new purchaser of 160W pair for my 36"x 20"x20" tank. I plan to grow sps but reading about growth from these lights are all over the board. Thinking I need to increase my par over time to reach par levels needed. Difficult without a par meter. My question is; longer periods/less intensity or shorter periods higher intensity? Any advice appreciated.

Don't you have another thread on the same topic? Advice on settings is a function of context; you've provided none so suggestions are useless.

Might I suggest reading this thread. If all you are after are settings than start at the end of the thread and work your way to the beginning. Keep in mind that each tank is different and things like the height of the light above the water, the type of coral in the tank, size of the tank and number of lights and even some personal preference all play a significant role in the ideal settings. Oh, and of course the model Kessil since Kessil has several models for reef tanks.
