Kessil question

I am setting up my first Kessil light (A80). Where do you all recommend tuning the color dial? Half way? All the way? Just to my eye's liking?

Other lights I've used (Radion, Maxspect Razor) have all had number settings. This dial thing is new to me.

Any input is appreciated. Thanks!
