KH and ALK

My KH and ALk are off the charts....is there any easy way of lowering them. My Ph is 8.4, salinity is 1.024 and calcium is at 425. Any help you could provide would be great...Im using RO/DI water and IO salt.

If you run a reactor, you can turn it off.

I bet you are using a PH buffer.
Stop using it, all they do is jack up your Alk.

Your Alk will come down on it's own

Also, you can do a water change as well.

I am with Mark on this, water changes will bring back down and I would lay off the baking soda or ReefBuilder a bit. Whatever you do, do not drop the KH too fast or you will have things die on you. Some of your LPS will be particularly sensitive to the rapid deltas, so ease it down rather than immediate correction.
