Kill cryptocaryon irritans (Marine Ich) in it's tomont phase?

I decided to narrow down my question in this new thread.

Is there a way to quickly kill cryptocaryon irritans (Marine Ich) in it's tomont phase?

There is no livestock in the tank. Only thing I need to be worried about is maintaining nitrifying bacteria.
