Killing spree

In one night my female peacock took out a bicolor angel a six-line wrasse and a purple stripe pseudochromis, yet the snails in the tank remained unharmed. She consumed everything but half of the angel. The only tankmate that survived is a blue damsel, which has been with the mantis since the beginning. I thought the fish were safe as they have been peacefully cohabitating for a month, goes to show, you never know.
Could she have eaten all that?
The sandbed is only an inch deep, so I dont think anything is buried. Her burrow is behind a large rock and I can see everything in it. She seems to be very active now, maybe she felt threatened?

first mantids work very very stealthfully, mine befriended all of the fish in the tank and then once they got used to her she picked them off one by one, she is currently doing the same thing with a misfit hawfish that i have, i would add more sand...its only a matter of time before she gets mad and she starts smashing the bottom glass, she also may be near a molting time and killed off the fish just incase she thought they were a threat to her molting
