Knop Calcium Reactor

I recently received a Knop Reactor as a gift. My Friend purchased it from you guys... The reactor leaks at the bubble counter and at the top where the c02 is supplied. I called you guys and you supplied my with a wrong # for the distributor. What can I do? Can I fix it myself?
