Not sure if it's a paly or an anemone ,but loves to eat!

plate coral - lps....I've read that when it's on the rock & pops off eventually, that you've got yourself a factory growing. Another one will eventually grow in its place.

do they fold up like an anemone when eating ? this one does,it doesnt seem to have any calcium structure internally.

Don't worry about feeding it. I would just let it be. It's stony bottom will get larger as it grows. Here's a link with one that is similar to your situation.
