so I spent the better part of Saturday messing around with the tank , after the morning feed I noticed the kohl not doing so good . he was laying on the sand bed mouth open looking very much near the end but by mid day he was back to swimming and working the rock over like normal . so I figured the pig bit off more than he could cj
chew. but then a few hours later I found him stuck to the 40 so I unplug it ,he slid off with grill marks on the right side. pretty much wrote him off but he is still going this am . didn't notice him eating today but did pick rock last night . what do you think his odds are of making it . I don't think he was stuck to it very long.

don't really know how old he is, but he is still alive . I do not think he will make it but stranger things have happened.

I have a warpaint goby that when I first got him he was stuck to my mp10 more times then I can count. He made it through QT and TTM to not look so good in the DT, and at times I thought for sure he was a goner.

Never thought in a million years he was going to make it. Low and behold 2 years later and he's still kicking!

Recently bought a yellow eye kole tang. He's currently going through TTM. We lost power for about 6 hours the other night. I knew my DT would be fine for that long, but totally forgot about the tang in the 10G(yes hes small right now). Got home from work later that day to find it gasping and barely moving. Moved him to another tank, and he's doing fine now. My guess was either build up of ammonia, or lack of oxygen? Thought for sure he would have been a goner when I got home the next day.

Fish are pretty resilient creatures!
