Kole tang maybe has itch

For the last few days I noticed a white spec on my kole tangs fin. He's on his 2nd tank transfer, day 7 over all. Isn't the itch suppost to fall off by day 7? Should I extend the tank transfer method?

It's hard to see in the pic, but its a decent size white rounded spec on the very top edege of the fin.

Tank transfer will eliminate ich (cryptocaryon irritans) from the picture. Since I do not see an image, most likely it is lymphocystis.

yup I would say its lympho, might have been stressed from the tank transfers and the overfeeding trying to get him to eat.

It looks like this fish but with just one spot of lymphocystis

start soaking his food in selcon and/or vita-chem. my kole tang went through lympho while he was in qt. once i started soaking his food in vitamins (as per snorvich's suggestion), it cleared up very quickly.
