Kole tang weird behavior!?

I have a kole tang and for the past day or 2 it has been staying to one side of the tank and goes up down touching the glass. Anyone else experience this?

Yes. Have had mine for five days now in the QT exact same behavior. He's getting better though, starting to graze. I added some other fish to the QT so he wouldn't be alone I heard being alone stresses them. As long as he's eating he should be okay just getting used to being in an aquarium.

That behavior would clearly indicate that it is stressed. We would need more info to try and figure out why. Tankmates, size of tank, flow and parameters to name a few.

It's a 55 gallon (thinking of upgrading but don't know when) 2 clowns, 3 cardinals and a diamond goby. I have one power head. I'm not sure what size it is. But I tried adding another one of the same size and it's to much flow. Salinity ph and nitrates are all good

If it's stressed I would suggest soon. I hope you don't feel Ike I'm being rude, that is not my intention. Just trying to offer advice and it sounds like you are willing to listen so that's a good thing.

I don't find it rude at all. It's advice and I'm thankful for it :)
