just got my hospital qt tank up and running.. OK have a 220 display mixed reef haven't treated any meds last fish added was 3 lyrtail anthias and a blotched anthias all has been good for last two weeks noticed the blotched swimming towards the top of the tank but was eating fine swimming active one of the lyrtails has been hiding since Friday and looks to have ick. scared to treat with anything that's gonna harm my coral. now during my morning feed today I noticed my kole tang has a big lump behind his fins swimming erratically not eating and hiding from everything when he's usually out in the open trying to get everybody to pay attention all other fish look healthy but would like to hospital everyone.any further information I can give I will don't have any pics tried but he's buried behind my display and only comes out when I walk off that's not like it at all he usually will eat out of my hand

Hard to say without a photo; even with one, problem may be unclear. I have had fish with 'lumps' before and it was almost always some kind of alimentary blockage that ended up killing the fish - sorry to say. Could be some kind of tumor, I suppose. You could remove it to the HT and try a broad spectrum med like nitrofuracin green powder.
