koralia 12v without controller

Hello all,
soes anybody know if you can use a koralia 12v without the controller?
Can you just suplly with 12 vdc and make the pump function with a fix intensity?

im sure there is a way to do it. hook it up to a dimmer w/ a 12v transformer
