Korilla size/pump size?

I have a75 gal. 1 month old cycling reef set up running, with 2 number 5 korilla powerheads, an old pump I had with my fresh set up before. Question is are the number 5 korillas to much? They are really forcing the water. I put in my firt tiny clown and he first appeared to be struggling and getting blown. I redirected them and he was still strugling. I think his tail got caught in one of the power haeds cause most of it is now missing. I turned them off. And I am only running atintics and moon lights to destress. He's not eating either. Help! Other question what is a good size return pump for 75 gal with 20 gal sump? I was going to go with the sugested 500 gph due to over water power problems already. Help

I have two K-4's in my 75 & could use another K-3, IMO. Place them on either side facing towards the center of the front pane. Your fish will adjust to the current. My clowns love to ride the current.

2 5's is not too much flow. Try bouncing the flow off of the side of the tank then to the front instead of directly in to the middle of the tank. I have 2 on 1 side, 1 in the middle, and one on the other side.
For a return pump I think the most reliable and the most quiet are the Eheim. I use a 1260 in my 75 and I have a ball valve to reduce the flow.
