I'd always heard good things about PA but hadn't done any business with them until I ordered an item over Labor Day weekend. Upon placing the order, I had a suspicion the item may have been out of stock, so i contacted PA on Tuesday morning to validate; I reached Jeremy himself. Jeremy confirmed the item was indeed out of stock, but he had a similar newer version by a similar manufacture in stock. Despite being slightly more expensive, Jeremy substituted the upgraded item for me. The item was on my doorstep two days later. PA has earned a new loyal customer and I'd encourage others to give them a try too.
