Just wanted everyone to know how positive they were - sometimes we talk about how bad someone's service is and never mention the good experiences - here's mine:

I had placed an order with them last week, and when the order arrived, the peppermint shrimps were very "iffy"... and alas didn't make it through the night. Everything else was good...

I sent them an e-mail letting them know what happened and didn't expect much, and they refunded that part of the order - quickly and professionally.

We all realize "stuff happens" - especially when shipping in the winter, and I'm sure this was a rare case (It's always me). But with professionalism like that, my next order for cleaners will be with them.

Agreed, I was the recipient of the dead shrimp and I thought I would have to figure out what to do with store credit. But when I went to pick up the rest of my order from Jeff, he handed me cash and I was actually a bit shocked. Its very refreshing to have a vendor that wont force you to take credit and pay for shipping again. But just because they did that, I am more willing to buy from them again.
