LA Gigantea

I think I have finely got a health gig from LA. It's a tan purplish green color. It arrived with the mouth barely open. And the water in fairly good condition. It is really sticky and my clowns went straight to it. I know they missed their ritteri. It has stayed where I put it and stayed fully inflated once settled in. I'll keep an eye on it for a day or two to make sure no problems are going to happen and then take the qt down

Don't be afraid to treat if it starts to look bad. The last gig I got from them looked great for about 2 weeks. Then it went downhill fast. Good luck ! They are awesome creatures.

Also received a medium LA gig yesterday. Water looked and smelled pretty good. Drip acc. for an hour. Mouth barely open. Its more brown than yours with a little longer tents. Holds itself well hasn't deflated and isn't shy of light. Although it is off to one side of a lumibright reflector. Very happy so far, almost like a dream.

check and see if they treat their anemone with antibiotic. If they do, I would treat them instead of wait until they deflated. If they been treat at the wholesaler, then we should finidh treatment, likely at least 5 days.
It is likely that incompletly treated anemones will be much harder to treat once relapse.

Hoping for the best. The good news is the shipping bag showed no ill signs. Still debating on treatment and med choices. If treatment is needed I'm going to switch it up abit.

Had this guy for a couple weeks now. He does not get along at all with the haddoni in my main display and would shrink up every time I ttied to put him in there. Currently he is in a 30 gallon by himself and is doing great. Now I just have to figure out what to do with him long term.

I had a pair of clowns in there and had to move them because they were being way too rough on the little guy. One was even biting tentacles off

It was regular LA and luckely I have not had to treat it yet. I have the stuff too but as long as I keep it away from the haddoni it seams good to go.
