Several of you have been following my thread on the gig I got last week and I'm just wondering if anyone else on here got one from this group that come in and if so how is it doing?

I didn't get one from LA. It was from a lfs. I've been doing the same treatment for last couple days. I did a treatment of 5 days then I ran out of cipro so I skipped a day until I could get some. Then started treatment again. So 5 days treatment. Skipped one day now back to two days of treatment. Not sure I'm in lucky or in jinxing myself. But the last 24 hours my gig has not deflated.

I wish you good luck with it! This thing is driving me crazy waiting to see if it's gonna pull through or not.
I received a gig from LA about 3 weeks ago. It looked slightly better than yours when it arrived, and was fully inflated the first day. However, it's condition quickly deteriorated the next day, and I began treatment with Cipro. I completed the full seven days of treatment, during which time it sporadically looked like it was going to pull through. Ultimately, the gig did not make it.
However, I purchased a DD Mag around the same time as the gig, which also began the inflate/deflate cycle. I treated the Mag with Cipro for seven days, and am happy to report a complete recovery. It was inflating and deflating for 3 consecutive days, but once I started treatment, it never deflated. It has been in my DT for 10 days without any deflation and looks healthier than ever.
