Labouti Swim Bladder Problem-Help?(Video)

I finally found another Labouti fairy wrasse to replace one that I lost to ich. It was doing great for about a day after being added to the tank. Ate right away. After a day, noticed that it started having difficulty swimming. Then difficulty staying upright. Getting blown around pretty bad by the powerheads so I put him in the sump. Seems to be a problem with it's swim bladder and is getting worse. I was advised to try to feed it a boiled peeled frozen pea to maybe help push any gas buildup out of the bladder. Problem is that it is a carnivore and can't get it to eat the pea. Does anyone have any ideas to try? It is an awesome fish and killing me to see it this way.

Here is a video of how it is swimming

Having same problem with orange lined cardinal fish I received from DD this morning. I bought three of them. Two are doing fine but the third fish is struggling to stay submerged. They also recommended boiled shelled peas.

Any thoughts?
