Lagoon biotope Questions

I was wondering if any of you had any ideas where I could get info on species found in a typical indian ocean lagoon. I've been hunting all morning and so far have only found 1 list. While the list is very detailed as far as fish go, it has no corals listed.

Any help would be appreciated
