how was the show for those of you that made the trip? I hope you guys will have some pointers to share when it comes time to do ours.

The frag swap was pretty sweet. My wife and I definitly had a good time! Here are just some random shots that Trisha took at the swap:

There was a great selection of corals and what appeared to be a good turnout.

I did however find AEFW on two of my frags from one of the individuals at the swap. So please be careful and make sure you dip before placing stuff in your tank...especially sps.

Thanks Rob for dipping my corals. I didnt find anything on mine. Mine all settled and came out real quick.
Sucks the head person of the club had to miss this..it was pretty good for the most part.
Atleast you know what your looking for this time around David. Sucks you have to go through it again though.

With a comment like that .....i think someone just had their dues go up. LOL

I really wish I could have gone. But it was cool to take the kids to the circus. The guy in the canon was cool. Seeing the kids face when the wife broke down and bought them the $10 useless flash lights was great, seeing the baby try to make the noises of the elephants was funny.

can't see the pic here on this PC, but if it is an orange hoodie from the club that would be josh (JCRs REEF), but don't know for sure without seeing the pic

The swap was definitely a great time and it was awesome talking shop on the way, during, and on the way home. We met 3-4 vendors who verbally committed to coming to our swap. It was definitely worth the drive. I wouldn't be surprised if $100K or more exchanged hands.

lol, Yea was a great time and the drive went fast as we chatted about phil the whole time. I suppose I should go take phil his frags.

Dont take any offense to that comment Phil. It just sucks you had to miss it.
So was the circus everything you remered it being when you where a kid?

@#$%R all of you.....LOL

The circus sucked. No midgets, no clowns, no motor cage. THe guys who did the big hamster ball with the bikes got sick and couldn't preform, there was only 4 different acts, according to contact in the shrinners, the rest of them got their VISA's pulled.
