Large amount of Limpets in wetdry?

Hello. Anyone here ever get a huge population of Limpet like creatures that seem to stay in the wet/dry basin? I have had a large number of them and now they are starting to migrate up through the intake, into the tank. It is hard to get a good ID on them because they are still very small.

Any experiences with something like this? Are most Limpet like creatures safe? Thanks.

Most limpets are safe, just keep an eye on them. They are tidal animals and I had them in a 29 gallon, where they lived quite happily in the over flow tubes. Most of them are algae eaters, some of them can/will eat other types of life.

sure they aren't flatworms?

Pretty sure they are not flatworms. I may have the ability to take some pictures soon.
