I am moving to an apartment and need to get rid of my custom tank. It is roughly 168g. The tank measurements are 36x36x30. With stand and canopy it measures 37x37x75. Comes with the following.

Custom tank, wood stand, canopy. Preidrilled with internal overflow.
250w Metal halide
Large sump
Reefflo Dart pump

Also 55g Reef tank
Stand, powercompacts, two hob filters, 50 or more pounds of live rock
Long tentacle anenome, few mushrooms, purple tang, 3 false clowns, 6line wrasse couple others

I know this is a fish forum, but the large custom tank also has a matching reptile tank with custom stand, canopy, and pre-formed backgrounds. Tank is roughly 196g, 36x36x35 with canopy and stand 39x38x73.

I am interested in the 36x36x30 tank.
Been looking for a tank like this. I would like to buy it if everything is watertight and in good shape. I could pick-up Friday or Saturday anytime.
I would also be interested in the rock,anenomes,etc in the 55 gallon for the upgrade to the bigger tank.
