i dont know if this is the right forum, if not could a moderator move it please? i work for a rigging company and have to go to boston tomorrow to install a tank. i think what my boss has in mind is totally outa whack. when people on here have mo0ved a tank of thios size what did they do? i cant see a reason why 4 men cant pick this tank up on two bars and just move it into place. please let me know suggestions or how you have moved a tank. the tank is 6 feet long, 2 feet wide, and 3 feet tall. it just has to go onto a stand that is 4 foot high. my boss wants us to put up this large metal beam 11 ft high with a chain fall and straps andpick it up and swing it over the stand then set it in place. i think the tank would be around 250 to 300 gallon by thouse dimensions? much appreciation for the help!
