Hello all
I am purchasing a 3rd story condo that has an additional story on top with a rather large loft. I thought I would ask all of you BIG tank guys what you think the largest tank would be to place on the lofts floor. The condos were built this year, so they are brand new if that helps with knowing the codes and how they build the floors. I have chosen the loft due to the always potential for failure of some sort and leakage....therefore it would only leak into the lower floor which is still owned by me, and not on my downstairs neighbors ceiling!
Please let me know what you guys think, I have had tanks up to 180gallons on the bottom floors in apt. and homes but I would like to do something larger but dont know how much a floor can handle.
Thanks
Mike
