Large white cyst on mouth

I have a Hawaiian Pink Tail Triggerfish that has developed a large white cyst on the right side of his mouth.

Any ideas as to what it might be? It is the only one on him and he eats and acts normally.

Looks like it could be lymphocytosis, but photo isn't quite clear enough to be 100% positive. Since the fish is doing fine otherwise, I would just watch it for it bit. Lymph is a virus akin to warts and will usually clear up on it's own in time with good water quality and diet.
