Important info...
They are temperate water clowns in their native range. The wild caught ones do not do well in warmer tanks. They are larger clowns, and are very skittish / jumpy. Within their native range they are only found in H. crispa and E. quadricolor - possibly because those are the only two clown anemones found in cooler waters.
The tank-raised ones out of Oahu are the best way to go. The babies are raised in warmer water so they do better in our tanks. Also, this particular breeder refuses to release culls or misbars, so the quality is guaranteed to be good. Other sources - you're taking your chances. There is at least one breeder releasing culls to the market because they can still be sold for a high price. Expect to pay about $150 or so for top quality tank-raised. If someone is asking more, find a different source.
