lawnmower blenny not eating?

ok so I have a lawnmower blenny in my 200 gallon reef. no tangs, just a foxface to compete with.

All of my hair algae is GONE. it's been a week and he's still alive, it looks like he's eating the film algae off of the rocks. I've tried feeding him frozen misis, flake, pellet, and nori but he won't eat it. I seen him eat flake ONCE, but that was it. I'm concerned and even though he looks healthy i'm worried he's going to starve. he's impossible to catch so I can't give him to a friend who has algae.
I've even soaked all of my food in garlic. I've put nori in his face... I'm running out of ideas.

i think the deal with these fish are some will eat prepared food and some will not. any that will not will perish without enough grazing algea growing in the system.
i've had great luck with them over the years eating everything.

He constantly grazes! Do you think he'll be all right?

took mine about four months before it realized that the stuff floating was food. now it eats everything with the other fish.
