Laying my transformers on top of my Bluewave Ballast?

Would it hurt to lay my 2 Tunze Transformers on top of my Bluewave VII Ballast? Will this hurt the transformer OR ballast?

I don't know where else to put them. It's driving me crazy. I was going to loop them and hang them on a hook but then the heavy part is still hanging causing strain on the cords.

Nevermind. The entire time I've had these I didn't realize the hole went ALL the way through the middle. I'm an idiot. Thanks!
