Lazy fat clown

I just put two used (picked up from fellow reefer) clowns through tank transfer and now they are in the QT for the next month. They both eat great and show no signs of any disease but the very large orange clown will lay in the PVC. She'll lay on her side and move her pectoral fin back and forth. Her breathing is fine. Then when she either sees me or her buddy starts swimming to the top of the tank she pops up and starts swimming like a normal clown. She'll swim around while I'm in the room. She's been doing that since I brought her home. When I picked them up they were in the guy's main and acting normal.
I don't think it's a swim bladder issue since she will get up and swim. Any ideas?

Maybe she's missing her nem (if he had her in with one)? My large maroon mama clown just lays on her side in the BTA all day. She only comes out to eat. Or it could be the very beginnings of swim bladder. IME; a lot of clownfish (usually older) seem to get it. Or maybe she just needs to be put on a diet.

I'll have to ask her previous owner if she was hosting a nem. Hopefully this is not the beginning of a swim bladder....maybe she needs to start working out
